We are pros at consolidating and loading your product into containers. No matter how many pieces or how big, we will make the schematics which allow us to properly distribute and load the container to safely make the voyage. Whether 20’ or 40’, open or closed, rest assured; we’ll be able to handle it.

Tell us what you need packed, answer a few questions, and we’ll take it from there. We can design crates, bases, really anything you may need. There are multiple ways we can quote your project. We will need the dimensions, weight, and any specifications you may have. You can even send us a blueprint of the crate you need us to build or the item you need shipped. Every piece of information will help us design and build the perfect crate for you.

We can cut foam to fit and protect the most delicate items. Specific foam density must be used for different weights to act as cushion and absorb the vibration during transportation. Adding foam to your crate will provide extra security for fragile or odd shaped products. We can line the whole inside or add foam strips into calculated areas of the crate. Whether it’s a small quantity of anti-static or a lot of military spec foam, we’ll be able to help you protect your product. Foam works best in wood and corrugated boxes.

We can coordinate moving your product across town or across the world. We have a fleet of our own trucks to do local and long distance hauls. We also offer drayage as we are located within 30 minutes of the East Coast’s busiest container terminal: Port Newark-Elizabeth as well as to 3 major airports: JFK, LGA, & EWR. We can provide the following drivers for your moves: TSA & TWIC certified and/or union. We can send your freight by land, air, or ocean; door to door or any combination of the above. We can also help you with any handling and any documentation you need during your move.

We are certified with the HT stamp for heat treatment and fumigation. We adhere to all rules and regulations for wood packaging materials inspection in agreement with IPPC-ISPM 15. All the crates will be stamped with our HT stamp, which is a special mark to certify it as such. The method of treatment can be either via heat treatment (HT) or fumigation. We can assist you with hazmat packaging, labeling, and documentation. We will go over your item’s requirements to guarantee proper documentation every time. You can call us to request packing of any hazardous material including: UN specified, CFR49, ICAO, IMDG, 4G, 4GV, lithium battery shipments, cars, motorcycles. We can help you with a simple IMO declaration or a full scope of pick up, packing, documenting, and shipping.

Our experienced crews can come to you too. We can do the pick-up of the item you need crated and bring back to our facility to pack it for you. If you prefer, we can do the packing and crating at your place too! No matter if it’s a piece of fine art or a heavy high value machine, we will bring the correct tools and materials needed to get the job done. We can custom design any packaging you may need including palletizing and skids.

Crating alone may not protect your product especially if it’s being transported via ocean container. We offer all types of protection while taking various elements into consideration such as salt water, vapor, humidity, all weather and sun exposure. Depending on your needs we may use the following on your project: short or long term vacuum sealing, foil barrier bags, waterproof paper, plastic liner and desiccant. We can add marine boat wrap as an extra layer of moisture protection over the crate. Exterior labeling, markings, and indicators for damage during shipment can be added at your request.

We have the capacity and equipment to handle your largest or heaviest items such as marble or machinery. We can lift, move, hoist, and load anything you present us with. These items can be put on shipping bases, fully crated up, and be loaded on a trailer or flatbed. Our equipment and long trusted supply chain mean we can take on even the most complex and challenging projects.

We have a large indoor warehouse facility, with short or long terms storage available. We are located in Paterson NJ, a short distance from all major highways, airports, container ports, and railways. We can help you receive, handle, load, and unload all your goods.
